Exchange:
- 1. Merchandise must be exchanged within five business days of delivery.
- 2. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- 3. Exchanges are contingent upon the product's return in its original condition, with all tags attached, and unworn and unwashed.
Damages and issues (within five business days of delivery):
- 1. Customers should report defective merchandise via email or WhatsApp.
- 2. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- 3. Replacement with the identical product, or a refund if unavailable, will be processed upon receipt of the defective item.
- 4. To facilitate a replacement claim, a video recording of the package while opening is required to verify product condition prior to shipment.
